CE CREDITS
Are Ascend Seminars AANA pre-approved?
Yes. All Ascend Custom Destination Seminars are AANA pre-approved for Class A MAC Ed CE credits. You'll receive your certificate upon completion, ready for your NBCRNA recertification submission.
Do Ascend seminars have post-tests?
Nope. No post-tests, ever. We believe your time is valuable, and your continuing education should be as stress-free as possible. Complete your seminar and the required self-assessment and move on with your life.
Do Ascend seminars count toward my NBCRNA program requirements?
Yes. All Ascend seminars are AANA pre-approved for Class A MAC Ed credits, which count toward your NBCRNA Maintaining Anesthesia Certification program requirements.
When will I receive my certificate of completion?
Your certificate of completion is sent to you via email, 5 business days after you complete the required self-assessment at the end of your course.
Do you upload my CEU transcripts to AANA for me?
Yes! We handle your CEU transcript upload to AANA directly so you don't have to lift a finger. It's part of our commitment to concierge-level service for every CRNA we work with.

What is a Custom Destination Anesthesia Seminar?
A Custom Destination Seminar is Ascend's approach to CRNA continuing education built around your lifestyle. It's flexible, self-paced, and designed to be completed anytime, from anywhere. Whether you're at home between shifts or on a trip somewhere incredible, your CEUs come with you.
How long do I have to complete a seminar?
You have 60 days from the date of enrollment to complete your seminar. And with Ascend's flexible, self-paced format, you can work through it anytime, from anywhere - on your schedule, at your own pace. No rigid timelines, no stress.
Who creates the seminar content?
Every Ascend seminar is built by CRNAs, for CRNAs. Our content is developed by practicing nurse anesthetists who understand your clinical world and what actually applies to your practice.
Is there an expert available if I have content questions?
Yes. We have an expert moderator available for discussion and content-related questions throughout your seminar experience. You're never on your own with Ascend.
What courses are eligible for a custom seminar brochure?
Our 25-credit courses, Modern Anesthesia Practice and The Evolving Landscape of Nurse Anesthesiology, are eligible for a custom 5-day destination seminar brochure. The 1099 Blueprint is eligible for a custom 3-day seminar brochure. Please note that the Substance Use Disorder course is not eligible for a custom seminar brochure.

Do you offer discounts or coupon codes?

What comes with the Platinum Package?
The Platinum Package includes everything in the Gold Package plus a Butterfly IQ+ handheld ultrasound device and a one-year Butterfly IQ tech plan — a career-defining tool that goes wherever you go.
POLICIES
What is your refund policy?
We understand that schedules change. Here's how it works:
Rescheduling: You can reschedule your seminar at any time at no charge.
Cancellation before payment: You may cancel at any time before payment is made with no penalty.
Cancellation after payment: You may cancel anytime before your seminar begins and before any content has been viewed. A $100 course cancellation fee will apply.
Gift card packages: Refunds are not available for packages that include Amazon Gift Cards once the gift card has been issued.
Can I reschedule my seminar?
Absolutely. You can reschedule your seminar at any time. Just reach out to our team and we'll take care of it for you.
